Lakeview Clubhouse

Main Gathering Room: $250 for a 6-hour rental ($500 security deposit). Accommodates up to 100 people. large screen TV & DVD Player available for use along with 10 rectangular 6' tables and 100 upholstered chairs.

Conference Room: $75 for a 6-hour rental ($200 security deposit). Accommodates up to 20 people. Two couches, two armchairs, a conference table, whiteboard, polycom, coffee maker and 2 TVs available for your use.

Lakeview Fitness Center is available to HOA memebers.

Hamilton Mill Tennis Shop

Location: Millview Recreation Center

Shop Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9am - 1pm and 4pm - 9pm

Friday - 9am - 12pm

Saturday - 9am - 4pm

Sunday - 11am - 4pm

Please note that the shop may be closed during inclement weather.

Hours may be expanded during the Spring and Fall ALTA seasons.

The main gate to the pool is available for easy access for the Lakeview Amenity pool at Hog Mountain Road and Hamilton Mill Parkway.

You must have the current year Membership Photo Id to use the pool.

Lakeview Tennis Center

Hours: Daily 6:00 am - 11:00 pm
Costs: Included in yearly dues

This facility includes eight (8) lighted tennis courts, picnic tables and benchs, covered shelter area with ceiling fan in a beautiful natural setting overlooking Lake Mulberry.

You must be a Hamilton Mill resident in good standing, with a current Hamilton Mill photo id card to use the amenity.

Annual Dues are $725.00 Due date is 1/1/xx. Payments received after 2/2/xx will be considered late and will have a late fee of $72.50 added to the account. Please direct question to Property Management at 678-546-3737.
